This recipe for frozen grapes proves just how much a simple change of temperature can completely alter the texture and flavor of a food. This recipe has just one ingredient -- grapes -- but by freezing them, they taste almost like frozen sorbet. I like using organic red grapes for this healthy snack recipe, but feel free to use green grapes, too. Kids of all ages adore this healthy snack (and so do adults). Just be sure to wait until your kids are over age 3 before serving them grapes -- grapes can be a choking hazard for toddlers.
